Ingredients
- 250g self-raising flour
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 150g chocolate chips
- 100g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 150ml natural yogurt
- 100g butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6.
- Fill a muffin tin with 12 bun cases.
- Mix the chocolate chips, bicarbonate of soda and sugar in a bowl.
- Melt the butter.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl.
- Mix the eggs, butter and yogurt. Then combine all the elements in a bowl and stir lightly.
- Place the mix in the paper cases and bake for 20-25 mins.

Measure 150g of chocolate chips - Measure 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda

Measure 100g of caster sugar. Mix the sugar, bicarbonate of soda and chocolate chips in a bowl. Crack 2 eggs and stir in another bowl. Measure 100g of butter. Ask a grown up to help melt the butterMeasure 150ml of natural yogurt. Mix the yogurt, butter and eggs in a bowl. Add all the ingredients together and stir.- Scoop some of the mixture into each of the bun cases.
Ask a grown up to put them in the oven.
