Easter Egg Nests
Ingredients
  • 85g Shredded Wheat
  • 200g Milk chocolate buttons
  • 200g Mini chocolate eggs
Method
  1. Melt the chocolateĀ buttons in a heat proof bowl over a pan of simmering water.
  2. Crush the Shredded Wheat into the bowl and mix together.
  3. Fill 12 bun cases with the mixture leaving a depression in the centre.
  4. Once cooled add a few chocolate eggs to centre of each nest.
Kids’ guide
  1. Measure 200g of milk chocolate.
  2. Measure 200g of mini chocolate eggs.
  3. Measure 85g of shredded wheat.
  4. Ask a grown up to help melt the chocolate.
  5. Break up the shredded wheat and mix into the chocolate.
  6. Spoon some of the mixture into 12 bun cases.
  7. Add some milk chocolate eggs to each basket.
